Order Cancellation
All orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
If your order has been paid for and you need to cancel or make a change, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once your order enters the packaging or shipping stage, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds and Returns
Your satisfaction is our top priority. You may request a refund or reshipment if:

You do not receive your order within 15 business days and the package cannot be track.

Your item arrives damaged by the manufacturer or during shipping
We do not issue refunds if:

Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control
(for example: an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout or issues with the delivery location)
Return Shipping Costs
For approved returns where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect,
return shipping is free.
If a return is requested for any reason outside of damage or our error,
the return may not be accepted.
How to Request a Refund
You may submit a refund request:

Within 3 days of receiving your item, or

After 15 days if the package has not arrived and cannot be tracked
To request a refund, please contact us through your order confirmation email and if unvailable the Contact Us page with your order name and order number.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges on any products.
Please ensure that you select the correct item before completing your purchase.
We also do not accept returns on clothing unless the item is damaged by the manufacturer.
Please do not send any items back to us unless we authorize the return.
